Hi! I am a PhD student from Mannheim, Germany and I moved to San Diego in 2021 to study developmental biology with the Hamdoun Lab. I am currently working on developing a knock-in line using CRISPR tools to target genes in the Wnt pathway. I have worked with our post-doc, Elliot, on creating transgenic tools for the Lytechinus pictus community.
In my freetime, you'll most likely find playing tennis, hiking, surfing, and baking.
